PMBL will monitor rent arrears daily and take necessary action in accordance with The Residential Tenancies Act, ensuring timely resolution and financial stability.

Once you sign the new management agreement (Form 6), PMBL will prepare a termination letter to your current managing agent, notifying them of your decision to terminate their services. We will then arrange for the transfer of documents, keys and any other necessary information. We will inform your tenants of the change in managing agent, providing them with updated contact details for rent payments and maintenance requests.
